CORRECTIONS WELCOME
Spotted a stale price? Tell us
The numbers are the product. Every builder on this site is scored on what it actually costs each month, so when a renewal figure moves, we want to hear about it. Corrections to renewal prices reach the top of the inbox ahead of everything else.
If a plan has changed, a jump has crept in at the first anniversary, or a line in our cost breakdown no longer matches what you see on the builder's own pricing page, send it through and we will check it against the source.
What to send us
Three kinds of message get the fastest attention. Send us the ones that match what you have seen on a builder's invoice or plan page, and we will check them against the builder's own pricing before anything changes.
- Price changes and corrections. Renewal jumps matter most, because the year-two figure is the one that actually hits your card.
- Builders we should review. Tell us about the ones trades and local shops are using, such as plumbers, salons and cafes.
- Anything we got wrong or explained badly. We would rather fix a line than defend it.
We do not build or fix websites. If you are mid-build and stuck, the small business website checklist in our guides covers the questions we are asked most.
Send us a message: one form, read by the team
The contact form is the way to reach Small Biz Website Builder Rankings, and every message gets read. If you are sending a correction or a builder to review, write it up plainly and we will look at it.

The team reads everything that arrives, usually within a couple of days.

3
Check the board
Confirmed corrections go into the ranked board and the cost figures. You can see current pricing on the small business website cost page before you write in.
